Rick Cota VP - Director of Technical Services Ph (401) 524-6163   Email Rick  In his new position, Rick is directly responsible for Engineering, Quality Control, and Technical Services. He is and will continue to be the Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast and Canada. Rick has a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Rochester and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island. Bill Hall Chief Engineer (Systems)   Email Bill  Bill has been with Leonard Valve for over 33 years. He presently directs Systems Engineering, concentrating on the development and proper application of Leonard's water temperature control systems. He travels extensively troubleshooting hot water systems, conducting presentations for ASPE chapters (American Society Plumbing Engineers) and is involved with the development of product standards with ASSE (American Society of Sanitary Engineering).
